ACPassist (Alternative Court Programs Assistant) by Nevsys is a program
designed to provide management and monitoring support for alternative court
programs for education and sentencing.

and sentencing ranging from managing and monitoring traffic schools, domestic
violence programs, classes, and counseling, drug and alcohol awareness
programs, DUI programs and classes, house arrest, community service and
third-party court approved education programs and classes. Monitoring for
random drug testing and house arrest compliance is also supported.
When installed with COURTassist, ACPassist can provide in courtroom support for
defendant court appearances by providing the judge with quick and accurate
information. Sentences involving alternative court education and sentence
options can be captured in the courtroom. Information is immediately
passed from the courtroom to the department managing the alternative court
programs for education and sentencing.
Flexibility is a key feature of the ACPassist application. By using
user-defined tables, the application can be customized to address the needs of
the department and to address changes in business rules and processes.
The "same look and feel" design of the application means users can be quickly
